Gujarat government has today transferred 9 IAS officers. Vadodara, Narmada and Bharuch districts have got new collectors while Junagadh Municipal Corporation has got a new municipal commissioner following today’s order of transfers.
Bharuch collector Vinod Rao is back to the job of Collector of Vadodara district. He was earlier transferred to Bharuch when Vadodara Lok Sabha seat bypoll was announced. He was replaced with then Bharuch collector Avantika Singh. Now when the model code of conduct effect is over, Rao has been brought back to Vadodara as collector, and Avantika Singh has been against sent to Bharuch as collector.
DDO, Kheda-Nadiad Sagale Sandip J has been appointed as Collector of Narmada-Rajpipla.
Collector of Narmada-Rajpipla Dr.Rahul Gupta has been transferred as Joint Secretary to Government(Law and Order), Home department, Gandhinagar.
CGM, SSNNL DG Patel has been transferred as Municipal Commissioner of Junagadh Municipal Corporation.
Municipal Commissioner of Junagadh BK Thacker has been transferred as Joint Secretary of Forest and Enviornment department, Gandhinagar.
Deputy Secretary, Forests and Environment department, Gandhinagar Ms Praveena DK has been transferred as DDO, Kheda-Nadiad.
Commissioner, Bureau of Public Enterprises, CV Shom has been transferred as MD, Gujarat State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd.
Additional Chief Executive Officer, Gujarat State Disaster Management Authority, Gandhinagar Dr. S.Murali Krishna has been transferred as MD, Gujarat Urban Development Company Ltd.
